Production Time & Shipping Information

When will my order ship?

We are currently running about 5-7 business days processing time (handmake and/or pick from stock, pack, ship). 

Our handmade process involves molding, firing, and hand finishing every piece here in our Bali studio. We ask for your patience during this process. We are bringing on more artisans here in Bali at the moment and will return to our faster production times after the holidays.

If you have a change order during production, please note that this will add some days to your production time. 

Shipping Fees & Times 

Free Express Worldwide Shipping Orders Over $100 ($30 Value) 

Orders Under $100 are $14.99 Express Shipping 

We ship FedEx Express or USPS Priority depending on whether your item needs to be handmade to order of if we have stock in our US warehouse.

Arrives 3-7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Customs can sometimes cause delays for several days once your package arrives in your country. It's not common but it does happen from time to time. 

We ship directly to you from our studio in Uluwatu, Bali, Indonesia.

We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding major holidays, so if your order is placed on a weekend it will be processed the following week. Please understand that this time frame applies to *ALL SHIPPING METHODS* including. In other words, your order will go out in the order in which it was received, regardless of your preferred shipping method, so please make sure you consider the ship-by date when placing an order you need to have expedited! Custom orders are not guaranteed within this time frame, as they take additional time. 

Please note - we do not have control over shipping times and/or shipping companies. Holiday delivery times may add up some additional business days in shipping when changing carriers and going through customs. We apologize for this, but it is out of our hands unfortunately. Your package will 100% arrive as we've never had one not. Patience is greatly appreciated.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email when your order ships that contains the tracking number.

What if I need an item by a specific date?

If you need something by a specific date, please contact us well in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you. However, please note, we currently are shipping from Bali, Indonesia so we are limited as to how fast we can get items to you.

How do I track my package?

You will receive an email when your order ships that contains the tracking number.

What happens if my package is deemed lost?

We copy and paste the exact delivery address and phone number used for your order. If your package is deemed lost by the carrier, we are not responsible for undeliverable addresses.

Refunds on lost packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we can remake the item for free 1 time and resend to a new address of your choice. 

Tracking says my package was delivered but it’s not there!

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that you are shipping to a safe delivery address. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After we receive a delivery confirmation we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Often times though, we can quickly help contact the shipping company and track your package down, just reach out to us quickly.
