When will my order ship?

Because we hand make each piece when it's ordered, your order will ship between 5-7 business days after payment is received.

Free shipping to US, CA, and AU

Our Standard International Shipping is FREE to residents of the US, CA, and AU and typically takes about 10-13 business days to arrive - sometimes faster. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Customs can sometimes cause delays for several days once your package arrives in your country. It's not common but it does happen from time to time. Our Express International Shipping is $29.99 and takes about 5-7 business days to arrive. 

Your orders start with Indonesia Post and then transitions to your country's carrier.

All countries outside of US, CA, and AU

All other countries are required to pay for Express International Shipping at Checkout due to COVID19 shipping delays and surcharges in those countries. Express Shipping is $29.99 and typically arrives in around 5-7 business days once shipped.

We will be offering free shipping to all countries again in the future, but for now, the surcharges are too high for us to cover. Thank you for understanding.

We ship directly to you from our studio in Uluwatu, Bali, Indonesia.

We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding major holidays, so if your order is placed on a weekend it will be processed the following week. Please understand that this time frame applies to *ALL SHIPPING METHODS* including. In other words, your order will go out in the order in which it was received, regardless of your preferred shipping method, so please make sure you consider the ship-by date when placing an order you need to have expedited! Custom orders are not guaranteed within this time frame, as they take additional time. 

Please note - we do not have control over shipping times and/or shipping companies. Holiday delivery times may add up some additional business days in shipping when changing carriers and going through customs. We apologize for this, but it is out of our hands unfortunately. Your package will 100% arrive as we've never had one not. Patience is greatly appreciated.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email when your order ships that contains the tracking number.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! Those options are available at checkout. Typical expedited international shipping is $29.99 per order (most standard packages we ship) and arrival time is around 4-5 business days.

What if I need an item by a specific date?

If you need something by a specific date, please contact us well in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you. However, please note, we currently are shipping from Bali, Indonesia so we are limited as to how fast we can get items to you.

How do I track my package?

You will receive an email when your order ships that contains the tracking number.

Tracking says my package was delivered but it’s not there!

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that you are shipping to a safe delivery address. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After we receive a delivery confirmation we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Help!  I think my package is lost!  What do I do?

Very rarely, a package can get stuck or accidentally re-routed, resulting in delays that can make it seem like it's gone missing. However, in the past five years of using USPS for all of our shipping needs, a package has NEVER been lost in the mail permanently. Therefore, we like to wait at least four weeks before declaring a package permanently lost. Thanks for being patient!
