  Our current handmade processing time is 5-7 business days, which includes the time taken to handcraft or custom alter items from our stock, pack, and ship. This timeframe is necessary due to our meticulous handmade process, which includes careful molding, firing, and hand finishing for each piece.

  We offer Free Express Worldwide Shipping for orders over $150 (a $30 value). For orders under $150, the Express Shipping cost is $12.99. All packages are shipped via FedEx Express.
  
  Once shipped from our Bali studio, orders generally arrive in 5-7 business days worldwide.

  You can use our easy to follow sizing charts found both in the main menu as well as the Sizing Guide link found in each product page.

  We offer free re-sizing and exchanges. Simply head to our Contact page and open an exchange ticket there.

  No, our necklaces will not turn your neck green as we use quality 925 sterling silver as the base or primary metal for all necklaces.

• What type of silver do you use?

  
  All of our silver pieces are made with high quality, 925 sterling silver.

  They're fast and easy. If you receive your item and you need it resized or you'd like to exchange it for another item, simply open a ticket on our Contact page and we will help initiate your return.
