We offer Free Express Worldwide Shipping for orders over $150 (a $30 value). For orders under $150, the Express Shipping cost is $12.99. All packages are shipped via FedEx Express.

Once shipped from our Bali studio, orders generally arrive in 5-7 business days worldwide.

We offer free re-sizing and exchanges. Simply head to our Contact page and open an exchange ticket there.
No, our necklaces will not turn your neck green as we use quality 925 sterling silver as the base or primary metal for all necklaces.
